How to Buy & Delivery

Purchasing

  • Visitor Visits the Website
    Visitors open the website and view the products offered.
  • Product Selection
    Visitors select the desired products by clicking on the product image or name.
  • Add to Cart
    After choosing a product, visitors click the “Add to Cart” button.
    A notification appears confirming that the product has been added to the cart.
  • View Shopping Cart
    Visitors can click the cart icon to view the list of selected products.
    They can adjust quantities, remove items, or proceed to checkout.
  • Checkout
    Visitors click the “Checkout” button to start the payment process.
  • Payment
    After filling in their details, visitors click the “Pay Now” button.
    They are redirected to a payment gateway to complete the payment.
    Once payment is successful, they receive a notification confirming the payment.

Order Confirmation

After a successful payment, the system sends an order confirmation email to the customer containing:

  • Order number
  • Product details
  • Shipping address
  • Estimated delivery time

Order Processing

The delivery or order processing team receives the order information.

  • System Receives Order: The e-commerce system automatically receives the order data after the customer completes the checkout. This data includes:
    • Product details (name, quantity, price)
    • Customer information (name, address, phone number, email)
    • Payment method
    • Shipping address
  • The items are packed and prepared for shipment.
  • The system verifies the order details to ensure all information is complete and accurate.
  • The system notifies the delivery or order processing team about a new order.
  • The order processing team checks the availability of the ordered items. If any items are out of stock, the system notifies the customer and offers a solution (e.g., waiting for restock or finding alternative products).
  • The system automatically generates an invoice containing order details, including the total price, taxes, and shipping fees.

Delivery

  • Items are Delivered using the delivery service chosen by the customer.
  • Once the items are packed and labeled, they are handed over to the selected courier.
  • After the courier receives the package, the seller gets a tracking number from the courier.
  • The seller updates the order status in the system to “In Transit.”
  • The seller sends a notification email to the customer with:
    • Order Details: Product name, quantity, price, and total payment.
    • Shipping Information: Courier service name, tracking number, and estimated delivery time.
  • After the customer confirms receipt of the items, the seller updates the order status to “Completed.”
  • Encourage the customer to provide a review or rating for the products and services received.

Receiving the Goods

  • The customer receives the items at the provided address.
  • If there are issues with the delivery or products, the customer can contact customer service for assistance.
